Body measurements

1. Chest measurement
Measure at the place with the biggest circumference, directly below the arms and across the shoulder blades.

2. Waist measurement
Measure at the waistband.

3. Hip measurement
Stand with closed legs and measure at the place with the biggest hip circumference.

4. Crotch length
Measure a straight line from the crotch to underneath the ankle.

7. Circumference of the head
Measure at the point where the circumference is largest, above the ears.

Hand measurements

5. Hand length
Hold your hand out flat and measure a straight line from the base of the hand to the tip of the middle finger.

6. Hand circumference
Hold your hand out flat and measure the circumference of the hand above the base of the thumb.

In general:

• When measuring chest, hip or waist: apply measuring tape loosely.
• These specifications are to be used as a sizing guide for Mammut clothing. The measurements given are actual body measurements. Garment measurements vary according to the style, fit, fabric and function.
