Oslo: Nordic World Championships - Cross-country skiing pursuit women
Saturday, 02/26/2011

Today the first distance race with the pursuit of 2x 7.5km for the women took place. After half time Bjoergen, Johaug and Kowalczyk were the top flight and one of them would win the race.
In the fog of Oslo Marit Bjoergen won this race in a superior way and celebrated her second victory. Justina Kowalczyk won the sprint for the silver medal whereas Therese Johaug became bronze medal winner.
The dense fog had no influence on the festival at Holmenkollen. We look forward to the sequel.
