Winner GS Ted Ligerty, USA
The men Skiworldcup Opening on the Rettenbachferner Glacier was a big success as well. Snow conditions were perfect and the weather fantastic. The GS slope was top prepared: hard, partly icy, good grip. A big accolade to the organisers!
The Skiracers got supported by a terrific audience. 14'000 enthusiastic Ski-Fans enjoyed the sun in front of a gorgeous scenery. The atmosphere was great along the slope.

2. Alexis Pinturault, FR

3. Philipp Schoerghofer, AUT
