Tour de Ski, Final Climb, Alpe Chermis
Sunday, 01/09/2011
This year's Tour de Ski is over. In the lead from the beginning, Olympic winner, Switzerland’s Dario Cologna, made no concessions on the final day and took victory in style, in front of superstar Petter Northug from Norway. Two-time Tour winner Lukas Bauer launched an incredible catch up bid. storming from 10th to 3rd place in the overall standing with the absolute best time of the day. Once again the weather played an important role, with very changeable conditions over the 10 days of the tour. From very cold, -10°C in Oberhof, to very warm, +5°C in Val di Fiemme, there was a bit of everything. Congratulations to all those who took part on their achievements. And thanks too to the technicians for their trust in our products which were called on frequently.
