Every year, the Engadin Skimarathon attracts thousands of cross-country skiers to the breathtaking winter landscape of the Engadin. The 42 km course from Maloja to S-chanf offers a unique combination of natural beauty and sporting challenge. Whether you are a competitive athlete or a recreational skier, this legendary marathon is one of the highlights of the winter season. To ensure your equipment is perfectly prepared for all conditions, Toko once again offers a professional waxing service this year.
This free service is available to all participants along the course. At the start, as every year, there will be a Last Minute Wax Service (Glide Wax: 10 CHF, Grip & Klister Wax: 10 CHF). This service is intended as an emergency solution for unexpected weather changes. Skis must be cleaned beforehand. A cleaning fee of 10 CHF applies for unprepared skis. The service is available from 6:00 to 8:30 AM, with the last ski acceptance at 8:20 AM. Proper ski waxing is crucial, especially in challenging conditions. That is why the Toko experts will be on-site daily from Thursday, March 6, to analyze the snow and course conditions. The updated wax recommendations will be available for download.
