While snow fell on the north side of the Alps, Val di Fiemme welcomed us with bright sunshine. The trails for the last stage of the Tour de Ski were excellently prepared. The climb to Alpe Cermis could begin.
Ingvild Flugstad Oestberg started the last race of this Tour with a comfortable lead ending with a win on the uphill course totalling 495 meters.
Johannes Hoesflot Klaebo lost several seconds of his lead in the energy-sapping ascent but was still the first to cross the finish line and is now the youngest winner in the history of the Tour.
