After the challenging last few years, in which the traditional race had to be put on hold due to weather and the pandemic, the KLL 2026 is now celebrating a real comeback – with fresh energy, a lot of passion, and the same legendary spirit that has defined the race for decades. Since its inception, the King Ludwig Run has been one of the most important cross-country skiing events in the Alpine region. Thousands of athletes from all over the world have already made history here – on challenging courses, against an impressive mountain backdrop and carried by a unique atmosphere of sport, community and Bavarian tradition.
